Refund policy

Most of what we sell is digital, so this policy starts there. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
Downloads and tutorials
Sample packs, MIDI packs, DAW files, remix packs and video tutorials are delivered as soon as you pay. By buying one, you agree to that immediate delivery and accept that the usual 14-day right to cancel ends once your download or stream starts. So we don't refund digital products once delivered, except when:
- a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described. We'll send a working copy, or refund you if we can't.
- you've bought the same product twice. We'll refund the duplicate.
- you bought the wrong product by mistake and haven't downloaded it. Tell us within 14 days and we'll swap it or refund you.
Track Feedback
If you change your mind before Ash starts your review, we'll refund you in full. Once he has started, we can't, because the review is made for you personally. If anything goes wrong with the review you receive, tell us and we'll put it right.
1-2-1 Masterclass
The intro call is free. For paid sessions, we agree cancellation and rescheduling terms with you before you pay.
Physical items
You can return a physical item, such as a signed CD, within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send the return address. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is yours to pay, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty; then we'll replace it or refund you, postage included.
How to ask
Email info@ashleywallbridgeacademy.com with your order number and what went wrong, or use the form on our Support page. We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within five working days of being agreed. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Your legal rights
If digital content is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if neither is possible. This policy doesn't limit that.
