Getting your files
Where's my download?
We email your download link as soon as checkout finishes. If it isn't in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam and promotions folders. Still missing? Send us a message with your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I download my files again?
Use the link in your download email. If it has stopped working, send us your order number and we'll send you a fresh one.
Where are the video tutorials?
They're all free to watch on the Free stuff page. You don't need an account or a login.
How do I get the free sample pack?
Join the mailing list on the homepage and a code for the full pack, normally £29.99, lands in your inbox straight away.
Using the files
Formats, plugins and your DAW
What do I need to open the Logic Pro session?
Logic Pro. Each remix pack comes in a version with the real Logic Pro session from Ash's release, with every MIDI part, automation lane, bus and plugin chain as he left them. Working in another DAW? The stems and MIDI in every pack work anywhere.
What if I don't have the plugins?
The session still opens. Logic lists the missing plugins, which you can dismiss, and every part comes with rendered audio stems, so you can hear and follow the whole arrangement. Each product page lists the third-party plugins used.
Will the packs work in my DAW?
Yes. Sample packs are WAV files, MIDI packs are standard MIDI, and remix packs are audio stems plus MIDI, so they work in Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase or anything else.
Can I use the samples and MIDI in music I release?
Yes. The sample and MIDI packs are royalty-free for your own tracks, including ones you release and sell. You can't resell or share the packs themselves.
Can I release a remix made from a remix pack?
Not by yourself, because the stems belong to the original release. Send your remix to us instead: if it stands out, it could come out officially on Ash's label, Embrace the Journey.

Refunds and order problems
Can I get a refund?
Downloads can't be returned, so we don't usually refund a digital product once it has been delivered. If a file is faulty or won't open, or you bought the wrong thing by mistake, tell us and we'll put it right. Our refund policy has the full details.
